Mathias Bradler started his international career as one half of Mashtronic, the production duo he formed with Henri Hurtig (Cid Inc). Together they released on some of the world's biggest labels, among them Global Underground, Bedrock, Strictly Rhythm, Data and Ministry of Sound. Alongside the studio work, Bradler founded two imprints of his own, Mashtronic Records and Restart Records, which drew contributions from names such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Muir, Pole Folder and Shlomi Aber.
Later projects included Bradler & Hurtig as well as Bradler & Dualton, whose productions and remixes landed on labels like Bedrock, Dieb Audio and Global Underground. His solo work earned support from Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and Laurent Garnier, and in 2010 his track "Uhoo" was released on Steve Lawler's Viva Music. Under his full name he went on to release deep, dubby and bass-driven techno on DJ Emerson's Berlin label micro.fon, with early support from DVS1 and Slam.
Today, Mathias Bradler sees himself first and foremost as an electronic music producer — still a DJ, too, but the focus is in the studio. His output moves freely between house, tech house, nu disco, techno and progressive, a range that mirrors the path his career has taken. Most recently, 2025 saw a collaboration with 82J6 on Luciano's label Cadenza. Alongside his productions, he shares a series of recorded mixes under plain numbered titles such as "0826".
After years spent mostly working as a duo or in collaboration, Bradler is now going it alone again — picking up right where it all started. Under the name bradlermusic, he is releasing his own productions from here on — new material, written and produced on his own, carrying forward the same funk, disco, electro and dancefloor tradition that first made Mashtronic's name.
September 2026 brought the next step with the founding of his own label, BRADLERMUSIC. It is the direct channel for everything made in the studio, without detours via other labels and without committing to a single genre. Distribution runs exclusively through dig dis! in Stuttgart.
